Erfolgreiche strategische Stoßrichtungen zur Bewältigung schwerer Unternehmenskrisen: Eine empirisch-qualitative Untersuchung

Abstract

Unternehmenskrisen sind ein Realphänomen von hoher Relevanz. Die erfolgreiche Bewältigung verdient die besondere Aufmerksamkeit der Betriebswirtschaftslehre. Der vorliegende Artikel nutzt eine systematische Dokumentanalyse von Sanierungsplänen (sog. Insolvenzpläne) zur Identifikation erfolgreicher Sanierungsstrategien in Abhängigkeit des vorliegenden Krisentyps. Der Artikel richtet sich einerseits an Forscher im Bereich Unternehmensstrategie und andererseits an Entscheidungsträger in Krisenunternehmen, Unternehmensberater, Insolvenzverwalter und Turnaround-Equity Manager.
