Abstract

Im Kontext moderner Informationstechnik wird Software zur Determinante des strategischen Unternehmenserfolgs. Software - hat Produktcharakter, wird in einem Leistungsprozeß erstellt, muß vermarktet und geschützt werden, - ist ein Investitionsobjekt, Zahlungsströme müssen bestimmt und prognostiziert werden, - ist ein innovatives Produkt und - ist ein Objekt betriebswirtschaftlicher Bewertung. Der Beitrag liefert einige Ansatzpunkte für die betriebswirtschaftliche Bestimmung von Software in diesem Prozeß.
