Zusammenfassende Ergebnisse zum Forschungsprojekt MobIUP: Teilprojekt an der BTU Cottbus, Lehrstuhl ABWL III

Abstract

Das Forschungsprojekt Mobilisierung innovativer Unternehmerinnen-Potenziale/ MobIUP wurde von Oktober 2007 bis März 2010 durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse, welche durch die Verbundpartner der BTU Cottbus generiert wurden, beschreiben spezielle Zielgruppen hinsichtlich ihrer subjektiven Überzeugungen im Sinne der Theorie des geplanten Verhaltens (Ajzen, 1991). Des Weiteren lieferte das Projekt Einsichten in das Bild, welches Studierende von UnternehmerInnen haben: weibliche und männliche UnternehmerInnen werden recht ähnlich stereotyp maskulin wahrgenommen. Weitere Kernergebnisse betreffen geschlechterspezifische Attributionsmuster und die Lernbedürfnisse Studierender. Zusammenfassend zeigt sich, dass die Fragestellung, ob Studentinnen andere oder zusätzliche Angebote zur Förderung vom Unternehmertum im Vergleich zu männlichen Studierenden benötigen, weder eindeutig bejaht noch eindeutig verneint werden kann und für verschiedene Zielgruppen differenziert werden muss.
