Apfelproduktion: Eine handlungsorientierte Stationenarbeit im Verbund mit einem außerschulischen Lernort zum Regionalen Lernen für die fünfte und sechste Jahrgangsstufe

Abstract

Am Institut für Geographie der Universität Bremen wurde in den Jahren 2021 bis 2025 in der Arbeitsgruppe Geographiedidaktik ein Unterrichtsmodul zur Apfelproduktion mit einer handlungsorientierten Stationenarbeit entwickelt. Das Unterrichtsmodul steht im Verbund mit einem außerschulischen Lernort zum Regionalen Lernen und ist für Schülerinnen und Schüler der fünften bzw. sechsten Jahrgangsstufe formuliert. Der außerschulische Lernort ist für einen Obstbaubetrieb im Alten Land (Landkreis Stade) konzeptioniert worden, wobei die Stationenarbeit nicht zwingend im Verbund mit diesem Apfelbetrieb gesehen werden muss, sondern auch auf andere Obstbetriebe übertragen werden kann. Das Unterrichtsmodul ist explizit handlungsorientiert sowie auf eine forschend-entdeckende Herangehensweise ausgerichtet. Im nachfolgenden Beitrag wurde im Rahmen eines Design-Based-Research mit seinem iterativ-prozessualen Vorgehen in mehreren Design-Zyklen das Unterrichtsmodul dargestellt, evaluiert und modifiziert, um die geplante Stationenarbeit optimal auszugestalten und didaktisch-methodisch umzusetzen.
