Abstract

Im Jahr 2025 hat sich die Lage auf dem Ausbildungsmarkt verschärft: Trotz steigender Nachfrage sank das Angebot an Ausbildungsstellen und die Zahl der neuen Ausbildungsverträge erneut. Die angespannte wirtschaftliche Lage in Deutschland spiegelt sich somit auch auf dem Ausbildungsmarkt wider. Rund 84.400 Jugendliche blieben bei ihrer Ausbildungssuche erfolglos. Dies sind die zentralen Ergebnisse der BIBB-Analyse zur Entwicklung des Ausbildungsmarkts 2025. Die Analyse stützt sich auf die BIBB-Erhebung zu neu abgeschlossenen Ausbildungsverträgen sowie auf die Ausbildungsmarktstatistik der Bundesagentur für Arbeit - jeweils zum Stichtag 30. September. Die Publikation liefert einen umfassenden Überblick über den Ausbildungsmarkt im Jahr 2025 sowie über die aktuellen Entwicklungen von Angebot und Nachfrage.
