Qualitätssicherung in der betrieblichen Praxis: Planung und Gestaltung von Ausbildung am Beispiel des Berufs Kauffrau/Kaufmann für Büromanagement

Abstract

Die vorliegende Studie arbeitet für den Beruf Kauffrau/Kaufmann für Büromanagement heraus, welche Instrumente und Verfahren Betriebe im Ausbildungsprozess einsetzen, um eine gelingende Ausbildung zu gewährleisten. Die Untersuchung ermöglicht einen Einblick in die konkrete Ausgestaltung und Nutzung von Planungs- und Gestaltungshilfen in der Ausbildungspraxis. Darunter fallen - neben den verbindlichen Elementen betrieblicher Ausbildungsplan und Berichtsheft - weitere freiwillige Evaluierungs- und Feedbackmaßnahmen. In der Studie wurden 238 Telefoninterviews mit Ausbildungsverantwortlichen und 13 betriebliche Fallbeispiele zum Beruf Kauffrau/Kaufmann für Büromanagement ausgewertet. Dabei werden die drei Ausbildungsbereiche Handwerk, Industrie und Handel sowie öffentlicher Dienst miteinander verglichen.
