Estructura productiva, demanda y comercio: un an�lisis temporal del consumo de agua en Espa�a

Abstract

En este trabajo se analiza el impacto que las relaciones de producci�n, consumo y comercio de la econom�a espa�ola ejercen sobre los recursos h�dricos. En concreto, tomando como referencia el horizonte 1995-2016, se eval�a el consumo de agua en Espa�a asociado a la estructura productiva y sectorial del pa�s, y a sus v�nculos internacionales a trav�s de las cadenas de producci�n mundial. Con este objetivo, se utiliza la modelizaci�n input-output multirregional extendida ambientalmente, a trav�s de la cual es posible cuantificar las principales tendencias y patrones productivos y regionales que nos ayudan a explicar la evoluci�n del uso consuntivo de recursos h�dricos durante las dos �ltimas d�cadas.
