Abstract

The big economic transformations, which take place on the territory of the CIS countries, are characterized by positive tendencies in economy stabilization. The constant growth of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) can serve as an example to that. But sometimes the general official statistics does not disclose those problems, which accompany the big economic reforms....................................
