Abstract

Ziel der Arbeit ist es aufzuzeigen, welche Möglichkeiten alternativer Schadenregulierung diskutiert werden. Eine Befragung der Versicherungsnehmer soll die Akzeptanz alternativer Schadenregulierung untersuchen. Daraus resultierende Ergebnisse werden analysiert, um so ein Bild über mögliche, unter Umständen noch nicht ausgeschöpfte, Potenziale des aktiven Schadenmanagements zu erhalten. (Autorenref.)
