Nuove frontiere in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro: dai M.O.G. ai S.G.S.S.L. Il ruolo delle certificazioni

Abstract

Il presente contributo si propone di analizzare i Sistemi di Gestione della Salute e Sicurezza sul lavoro, inserendoli nel contesto normativo vigente in Italia. In particolare, è stato indagato il modo in cui le norme che li disciplinano (dalle Linee Guida INAIL, alla BS OHSAS 18001:200, fino alla UNI ISO 45001:2018) dialogano con il Testo Unico sulla Sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro e con il d.lgs. 231/2001, operando così un raffronto con i Modelli di Organizzazione e Gestione disciplinati dallo stesso.
