Abstract

Il turismo è cambiato significativamente negli ultimi anni, influenzato da fattori come la tecnologia, la globalizzazione e la recente pandemia. Se da un lato le nuove tecnologie e la disponibilità di informazioni in tempo reale hanno reso più facile per i viaggiatori pianificare e prenotare i viaggi altamente personalizzati, dall’altro lato tecnologie come Internet of things (IoT), Realtà Virtuale (VR), Realtà Aumentata (AR), Big data Analitycs, Intelligenza Artificiale (AI) e Blockchain hanno modificato radicalmente il modello di business delle principali piattaforme digitali del turismo.
