Abstract

La digitalizzazione sta cambiando radicalmente il mondo il cui viviamo. L’Industria 4.0 ha segnato un punto di svolta rispetto alle vie intraprese fino ad oggi. È necessario applicare un cambio di paradigma e cambiare le regole del gioco per approcciarsi a questo cambiamento in modo attivo. L’Industria 4.0, una volta superate le barriere e le resistenze delle aziende e dei singoli analogici, può essere fonte di innumerevoli opportunità. Quando si parla di digitalizzazione si fa riferimento all’uso delle tecnologie abilitanti del 4.0 per cambiare le strategie aziendali, i modelli di business aziendali e la comunicazione aziendale, per favorire nuove entrate finanziarie e opportunità di creazione di valore. Il settore del turismo è stato impattato fortemente dall’avvento della digitalizzazione dando vita ad espressioni quali Tourism 4.0, Smart Tourism e Smart Tourism Destination.
