Abstract

Nel saggio si analizza la regolamentazione prevista dal D.P.R. n. 177 del 2011, recante il sistema di qualificazione per le aziende appaltatrici o per i lavoratori autonomi che operano in ambienti confinati o sospetti di inquinamento, soffermandosi sul contenuto degli obblighi posti a carico degli appaltatori e delle imprese committenti, nell’intento di valorizzare i punti di forza e i punti critici del sistema.
