Abstract

Mutual enthusiasm as basic attitude of Sundanese culture is described as a form of sincere mutual caring, mutual loving, and mutual learning. It is believed that this cultural influence is still significant in their life, work environment and the organization member’s work ethics and is still experienced by the organization members relevantly, although not all of these behavior characteristics are experienced as urgent.
