Abstract

De eerste jaren na het behalen van een hbo-diploma staan voor veel afgestudeerden in het teken van verdere loopbaanontwikkeling. Vier tot acht jaar na afstuderen zijn zij vaker werkzaam, hebben zij meer baanzekerheid en vervullen zij vaker een leidinggevende functie dan kort na afstuderen. Ook werken zij vaker op minimaal het eigen opleidingsniveau en geven zij vaker aan hun capaciteiten voldoende of goed te kunnen benutten. Ook het inkomen en de ervaren kwaliteit van het werk ontwikkelen zich positief.
