Peut-on parler de délégation dans les PME

Abstract

Cette contribution s’inscrit dans le prolongement des recherches francophones menées ces dernières années sur les pratiques de GRH en PME. Cet article s’intéresse aux conditions sous lesquelles la délégation est pratiquée dans les PME camerounaises ; les résultats d’une étude empirique de 40 PME de Douala montrent que la délégation obéit simultanément à des contingences organisationnelles (l’effet taille) et à des contingences culturelles (le recrutement intra-ethnique). La confirmation de certaines hypothèses développées dans cet article apporte un éclairage sur les conclusions paradoxales des travaux antérieurs.
