Abstract

This article aims to analyze the evolution of income distribution in Goiania Metropolitan Area, comparing 1991 to 2010 census data. In general, a change in the tendency of inequality behavior in the area is observed. Between 1991 and 2000 census, it is seen worsening in the distributive environment, whereas 2010 data shows evidences of income inequality decay.
