Abstract

The principal objective of the article is to identify measures that progressively (medium-term objectives), with a view to the growth of the entrepreneurial system, encourage the improvement of the structural conditions both internal and external to enterprises in order to "value chain†and supporting their competitive positioning on international markets at all stages of the "life cycle" of the company giving economic centrality to micro and small Italian companies.
