Evaluación de la Actividad Académica y Ranking de Publicaciones en Economía

Abstract

El presente documento pretende servir como insumo en la revisión de las pautas de evaluación del Departamento de Economía FCS – UDELAR (dECON). Con tal objetivo, se informa acerca de qué se toma en cuenta al realizar evaluación académica en el mundo, cuáles son los métodos de evaluación más utilizados y las fuentes de información asociadas a los mismos. Por último, se presentan ejemplos de lo que se encuentran realizando otros departamentos de economía en Brasil, Chile, España y Estados Unidos, comparando estas pautas con las utilizadas hasta ahora en dECON. El documento se acompaña con tres archivos que contienen información detallada sobre referencias y puntuación otorgada a revistas en varias instituciones académicas
