Abstract

El trabajo aborda las políticas industriales y tecnológicas de Argentina, Brasil, Chile y Uruguay bajo los gobiernos de izquierda en las dos décadas recientes. Se busca identificar esas políticas, cuantificarlas en términos económicos y relacionarlas con el impacto sobre el crecimiento económico, los cambios en las matrices productivas, el desempeño de la productividad y la innovación. Se trata de un artículo de síntesis interpretativa, basado en diversos estudios nacionales
