Abstract

La victoria de Joe Biden como presidente electo ha sido muy bien acogida en Europa. Ahora tenemos que aprovechar las oportunidades que nos ofrece para reconstruir la cooperación entre la UE y los EE.UU. Con un nuevo liderazgo estadounidense favorable a reanudar la colaboración, la UE debería prepararse para intensificar su contribución. El mundo necesita unos Estados Unidos dispuestos a escuchar y una Europa capaz de actuar.
