Abstract

Estudio sobre los cambios que se están produciendo en la organización del trabajo como consecuencia de la introducción de nuevas tecnologías, particularmente de aquellas ligadas al desarrollo de la microelectrónica, y de otros factores como son la competitividad de mercados, las transformaciones de productos, los diferentes sectores de producción y de servicios, el nivel de cualificación y competencia profesional de la fuerza de trabajo y el modelo de relaciones industriales dominante.
