Evolución de la desigualdad de acceso y utilidad en la sanidad pública española, (1987-1993): una aproximación a la equidad a partir de las encuestas de salud

Abstract

Aproximación, para el caso español, a las desigualdades en salud por grupos socioeconómicos y regiones, estudiando su evolución entre los años 1987 y 1993 distinguiendo entre la asistencia primaria y la especializada y examinando hasta qué punto se da cumplimiento a los principios establecidos en la Ley General de Sanidad. El trabajo está basado en las dos únicas encuestas de salud que han sido elaboradas en España hasta el momento.
