Abstract

La inserción profesional de los jóvenes es, sin duda, el elemento fundamental en su incorporación como adultos a la sociedad. De ella dependen en gran medida otros aspectos de su desarrollo como personas y como ciudadanos y, consiguientemente, también el progreso económico y social de la propia colectividad. De ahí la importancia de que este paso de la escuela al mundo del trabajo se realice en las mejores condiciones para el mayor número de jóvenes posible.
