El gasto público en prestaciones por desempleo, 1990-1991

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene por objeto analizar el Gasto Público en Prestaciones por Desempleo en base a los créditos iniciales consignados a tal fin en los Presupuestos Generales del Estado en los ejercicios de 1.990 y 1.991. Se trata, por tanto, de examinar el alcance y significado del Programa presupuestario de gasto 312.A "Prestaciones a los Desempleados". El trabajo se desarrolla en cinco secciones: Los rasgos básicos del mercado de trabajo y las características del paro en España; el Sistema institucional vigente de Prestaciones por Desempleo; el Gasto Público en Prestaciones por Desempleo en el bienio 1.990-1.991, el nivel de cobertura de la Prestación por Desempleo y, finalmente, el Gasto Público en Prestaciones por Desempleo en el marco de las políticas de empleo.
