Las tecnologías flexibles como alternativa de industrialización

Abstract

El presente documento de trabajo recoge el fallo de la política de sustitución de importaciones cuando se basa principalmente en política arancelaria, ya que ésta no asigna eficientemente los recursos y, en la mayoría de los casos, no permite la aplicación de la ley de la ventaja comparativa. También en la primera parte se muestra que los modelos industrializadores de las economías desarrolladas no son adaptables a los países menos desarrollados.
