Abstract

Este trabajo tiene por objeto destacar los planteamientos teóricos que ofrece el federalismo fiscal para la resolución de los problemas de equidad territorial. En este contexto, se analiza la distribución de competencias entre los distintos niveles de gobierno y las clases de transferencias intergubernamentales y sus efectos sobre los objetivos a alcanzar.
