Abstract

Este trabajo analiza la situación del sector público en Argentina durante el período 1976-1981. Una primera cuestión formal que debe ser abordada es la razón de no estudiar el gobierno militar completo. En efecto, las Fuerzas Armadas derribaron el gobierno constitucional, ejercido entonces por Isabel Perón, en marzo de 1976, y se mantuvieron en el poder hasta finales de 1983, cuando transmitieron el mando a un nuevo gobierno democrático, encabezado esta vez por Raúl Alfonsín. ¿Qué sentido tiene, por tanto, detener el análisis en 1981?
