Un modelo de contrato óptimo con fuerza de trabajo no homogénea

Abstract

En este trabajo vamos a considerar el caso más favorable para la existencia de una situación de eficiencia walrasiana sin desempleo, la información simétrica, pero queremos discutir cómo incluso en este caso si la mano de obra no es homogénea (los individuos tienen diferente productividad) se pueden alcanzar resultados no walrasianos con desempleo, voluntario en unas ocasiones e involuntario en otras. Un modelo general de contrato tipo GrossmanHart (1983) establece el supuesto de perfecta homogeneidad para la mano de obra y dos situaciones que se diferencian respectivamente en la simetría o asimetría en la información sobre la situación futura para los agentes económicos participantes, trabajadores y empresarios.
