Modelo de control de la solvencia en la Unión Europea. Un análisis crítico

Abstract

Se trata en primer lugar de las características fundamentales que debería tener un modelo de control de la solvencia de las empresas aseguradoras. En segundo lugar el fundamento científico y metodología del mismo. En tercer lugar las condiciones de acceso y ejercicio que deben cumplir las empresas de seguros así como las medidas a tomar en caso de incumplimiento. Para finalmente, realizar un estudio crítico del modelo de control vigente actualmente en la Unión Europea.
