Abstract

Anhand der empirischen Untersuchung der Bodenrichtwertentwicklung und der Zahl der Grundstücksübertragungen (Kauffallgeschehen) in festgesetzten Überschwemmungsgebieten können Zusammenhänge zwischen Wertentwicklung und Hochwasser abgeleitet werden. Ausgewählte Aspekte der Bewertungsliteratur und des Hochwasserrisikomanagements finden Eingang in die Betrachtung.
