The interaction among motivation, stimulating system and organizational culture

Abstract

The work is dedicated to insufficiently known of interaction among motivation, stimulating system and organizational culture system. In quested data from the personnel of the 13th companies of St. Petersburg & Moscow was analyzed. The typology of organizational culture was established with the help of OCAI method by K. Cameron & R. Quinn. The working motivation was estimated using modified variant of questioner by A. Maier. Research results proved that various motivational systems are peculiar to organizations with different types of organizational cultures. These motivational systems regulate definite aspects of working motivation, and organizational culture is still significant factor, influencing on personnel behavior by satisfying working motives.
