Abstract

The impact of uncertainty has been one of the most actively studied topics in contemporary research on multinational corporations' strategies. Despite the fact that today in academic literature has been accumulated a huge number of publications devoted to this issue, business practice requires the development of adequate mechanisms for strategic decision-making within the concept of uncertainty. This paper provides a review of the literature on the role of uncertainty in multinational corporations' strategies and presents the main views of scholars regarding the impact of uncertainty on strategic decision-making in MNCs. By synthesizing the relevant literature, this paper provides some directions for future research. [Executive summary in English is on page 27]
