Abstract

Human capital is one of the most important intangible assets of modern companies. In this paper, the human capital is considered in terms of microeconomic approach as a set of knowledge and skills of the worker, which influences the level of productivity and well-being of the company. The paper presents results of empirical research on evaluating the effectiveness of the use of human capital in the Russian oil and gas sector of the economy.
