Abstract

Au cœur des débats budgétaires lors de l'examen de l'article 52 de la loi de finance pour 2018, au centre des discussions entourant l'actuelle élaboration du projet de loi ELAN (Evolution du logement et aménagement numérique), le secteur du logement social est en proie à de nombreuses critiques. Nous reviendrons sur celles-ci prochainement mais il semble dans un premier temps que rappeler quelques éléments de contexte soit indispensable. D'autant plus quand les décideurs publics affichent leur volonté de bousculer le modèle du "logement social à la française".
