L’internet et le marché du travail : cadrage des interactions et pluralité des formats d'information

Abstract

Afin de mettre en relation offreurs et demandeurs de travail, les sites internet développent des technologies de communication, telles que les moteurs de recherche d’annonces d’offres d’emploi. En encadrant les interactions, ces outils de rencontre incorporent des représentations implicites du marché du travail. Sur un marché de concurrence, l’information doit circuler sur un espace très large et porter sur des qualités standardisées. Sur un marché régi par l’appariement, l’information cible des qualités singulières afin de les faire coïncider. L’observation fine d’un petit nombre de sites Internet dédiés à l’emploi (Adecco.fr, Bale.fr, Javarecrut.com, Apec.fr) permet de rendre compte du travail de filtrage et de formatage de l’information qu’ils effectuent, témoignant de leur inscription dans une pluralité de marchés du travail (marché de compétences, marchés professionnels, marché garant de la transparence).
