Abstract

La conjonction de chocs économiques violents qui se sont succédés depuis l’été 2007 (crise financière internationale initiée par l’éclatement de la bulle immobilière aux États-Unis, envolée du prix des matières premières, nouveau recul du dollar par rapport à l’euro) a cassé l’élan de croissance amorcé en 2006 en zone euro et hypothèque tout espoir de reprise en France en 2008 et 2009 (tableau 1) (...).
