Allemagne : la force des acquis relayée par la vertu

Abstract

Faisant état d’une progression du PIB de 2,9 % les résultats de l’année 2006 sont venus confirmer et même dépasser les prévisions de croissance les plus optimistes pour l’économie allemande. Avec un glissement annuel de 3,7 % au quatrième trimestre l’acquis de croissance pour l’année 2007 est de 1,3 %. Même avec une croissance nulle pour chaque trimestre de 2007, le rythme annuel de 2007 serait supérieur à ceux connus entre 2000 et 2005. Notre prévision table cependant sur une croissance encore dynamique en 2007 et 2008, car les exportations et l’accumulation de capital continueront de profiter du cycle soutenu de l’investissement mondial. Si, en 2007, l’effet positif des acquis compense celui négatif sur la consommation de l’inquiétude des agents concernant la restriction budgétaire, la diffusion des créations d’emploi et leurs premiers effets sur la progression des salaires contribueraient à une demande intérieure dynamique en 2008.
