Abstract

Le chômage de masse est le problème majeur de l'Europe. Il est en partie la conséquence d'une absence de coordination des politiques macroéconomiques des pays européens. Si «l'achèvement du grand marché intérieur» ne résout pas directement le problème, il en accroît l'urgence parce qu'il augmente le coût en termes d'emploi de la non-coordination.
