Abstract

Les pays européens sont confrontés à un double défi : celui de la délocalisation de l’activité industrielle vers des pays émergents, mais aussi et peut-être surtout, pour certains d’entre eux, celui de la perte de compétitivité vis-à-vis d’autres pays européens au sein même de la zone euro, typiquement de la France vis-à-vis de l’Allemagne (...).
