Abstract

A la suite des demandes d’un nouvel arrangement pour le Royaume-Uni dans l’UE formulées par David Cameron le 10 novembre 2015, le Conseil européen des 18 et 19 février a abouti à un accord. Compte-tenu de ce texte, le peuple britannique sera appelé aux urnes le 23 juin pour décider de rester ou non dans l’UE. Cet épisode soulève de nombreuses questions quant au fonctionnement de l’UE.
