Plus de 10 milliards d’euros engagés dans un choc fiscal pour relancer l’économie française. Nicolas Sarkozy a fait de ce plan un des arguments de sa campagne. Dès son élection, le Président et son gouvernement ont présenté la concrétisation de ce paquet fiscal : baisses de charges et défiscalisation des heures supplémentaires ; crédit d’impôt pour une part des charges d’intérêt sur les emprunts hypothécaires de moins de 5 ans pour l’acquisition de la résidence principale ; mise en place d’un bouclier fiscal à 50 % des revenus ; hausse de l’abattement sur la résidence principale pour le calcul de l’assiette de l’ISF ; possibilité de déduire de l’ISF 75 % des investissements effectués dans le capital des PME et des dons dans un plafond de 50 000 euros ; hausse de l’abattement pour les donations et les successions (...).
