Basic Stages of the Crime Scene Investigation

Abstract

In the present paper were analyzed aspects regarding the tactical activity of the crime scene investigation. The purpose is to present, from a procedural point of view, the way of carrying out this activity, the importance of carrying it out, the presentation of the two stages of the research on the spot, including the activities and the way of carrying them out.
