Abstract

W niniejszym raporcie analizujemy te migracje. W szczególnoœci skupiamy siê na osobach m³odych, w wieku od 18 do 35 lat, które w skali globalnej s¹ najbardziej mobiln¹ grup¹ spo³eczn¹. Migracje m³odych Bia³orusinów i Bia³orusinek od sierpnia 2020 r. odbywaj¹ siê w kontekœcie represji i pogarszaj¹cej siê sytuacji ekonomicznej w kraju. Oprócz, a czasami zamiast, zwyczajowych czynników migracji – takich jak chêæ zapewnienia lepszego ¿ycia sobie i swoim rodzinom, realizacja aspiracji edukacyjnych, nabycie nowych umiejêtnoœci i poprawa perspektyw zawodowych czy zaspokojenie pragnienia rozwoju osobistego – w ich przypadku pojawiaj¹ siê dodatkowo czynniki o charakterze politycznym.
