Abstract

2009 год был годом, который начинался на фоне стремительно кризисного падения. Ближе к концу года стало понятно, что худший сценарий удалось избежать. Ведущие мировые и зарубежные эксперты подводят итоги 2009 года и отмечают, что, несмотря на очень трудные моменты, мир смог выстоять. Для России это был период серьезных испытаний. Но, подводя итоги, эксперты признают, что все было сделано правильно: и спасение банковской системы, и переход на так называемое ручное управление, и антикризисное стимулирование промышленности, и строгое соблюдение социальных гарантий - все эти меры сегодня уже принесли весьма ощутимые положительные результаты. Вместе с тем, успехи могли бы быть и больше, все работай все оперативней, считает экономист академик РАН Виктор Ивантер
