Abstract

У российской экономики есть уникальный шанс в марте-апреле перейти к росту, уверен Марат Узяков. Для этого необходимо, чтобы государство стимулировало конечный спрос. С начала года появились признаки оживления спроса в металлургии, химической промышленности и некоторых других отраслях. Означает ли это, что дно кризиса уже пройдено и можно рассчитывать на восстановление производства? На этот и другие вопросы «Эксперт» попросил ответить заместителя директора Института народнохозяйственного прогнозирования РАН Марата Узякова.
