Abstract

Ситуация в российской промышленности сложилась тяжелая, но далеко не катастрофичная. И даже если мировые цены на сырье не начнут расти, в России будет продолжаться промышленный рост, уверен Яков Паппэ. Фиксируемое Росстатом на протяжении последних месяцев сокращение производства в России создает впечатление широкомасштабной экономической катастрофы: производство падает как в добывающих, так и в перерабатывающих отраслях. Особенно пугающе выглядят цифры падения производства в черной и цветной металлургии, угольной промышленности, строительстве — оно оценивается десятками процентов в годовом исчислении. О том, насколько тяжелая ситуация сложилась в реальном секторе и каковы шансы на скорое восстановление промышленного роста в России, «Эксперт» беседовал с ведущим научным сотрудником Института народнохозяйственного прогнозирования РАН Яковом Паппэ.
