Abstract

Проанализированы важнейшие процессы, протекающие в кредитно-денежной сфере российской экономики, и рассмотрена степень адекватности проводимой экономической политики этим процессам, выработаны предложения по корректировке проводимой политики. В работе рассмотрены следующие проблемы: размеры и формы денежного предложения в российской экономике, наиболее целесообразные формы рефинансирования, сложившиеся тенденции в сбережении и инвестировании, пути и методы активизации инвестиций, обнаружившиеся зависимости в динамике процента и возможности целенаправленного воздействия на его уровень.
