Abstract

В отчете проанализированы причины утраты промышленными предприятиями капитальной стоимости, включая собственные оборотные средства, сделаны выводы о неадекватности реформаторских действий относительно реалий отечественной экономики, осуществляющихся без формирования окружающей предприятия экономической среды, институтов и механизмов, обеспечивающих их самофинансирование в процессе индивидуального кругооборота капитала. Рекомендованы меры по становлению независимых хозяйствующих субъектов на микроуровне, поскольку лишь самофинансирование предприятий является важнейшим условием преодоления инвестиционного кризиса и источником, обеспечивающим экономический рост.
