Разработка Информационной Системы Для Анализа Внешнеэкономических Проектов

Abstract

Разработаны принципы программирования модели эффективности внешнеэкономической деятельности, связанной с инвестиционным процессом. Проанализированы экономические предпосылки функционирования модели в условиях перехода к рыночной экономике. Разработаны критерии эффективности с позиций национальной экономики, отечественных и зарубежных участников внешнеэкономической деятельности, учитывающие их роль в инвестиционном процессе. Разработана система базы данных для поддержки сведений о внешнеэкономических проектах и проведения их экономической оценки на ПЭВМ. Система реализована с использованием реляционной СУБД Clipper на основе модели данных временных рядов экономических показателей. Проведена отладка и тестирование системы на примере двух гипотетических инвестиционных проектов.
